Dewy Skin

How to keep our skin pretty close to perfect.
Water. Drinking at least eight glasses a day will flush the toxins from your body and keep your complexion vibrant and healthy-looking.
Eat your way to good skin. Eat toms of fresh salmon, kiwi, avocado, eggs and spinach. These foods attract water to your cells and gives you that radiant runway glow.

Wash you face. It's really important to remove make-up before going to bed."Use circular upward motions" Get rid of the day's dirty build up, After washing, apply toner and moisturizer.
Scrub. A weekly exfoliation regime gets rid of dead skin cells, revealing new baby soft skin.

I had a pretty easy pregnancy without cravings, or morning sickness and only gained 25 pounds during my pregnancy. I would go hiking with my honey, drank lots of water and tried to eat healthy, The only hard thing was not being able to sleep on my back, and trying to not use heating products on my hair. I loved my new body!

After

Just Before I got pregnant.

I really admire Audrey Hepburn and love this poem that she wrote.

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day.
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone.
Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms.
As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others. If you share this with another person, something good will happen...
You will boost their self esteem and they will know that you care about them.

Being a new mom has brought so much joy to my life even if there isn't much sleep...
I've been taking it easy from work so I can cherish every moment because I know babies grow so fast, plus I'm not planning on giving her any formula which makes me more hands on. She has come to every one of my jobs for her lunch feeding I LOVE trying to make her laugh, reading her stories, when her daddy sings to her and the many new things We're all learning day to day. :))
